EZ paper only allows your "permanent" license until they update the program. After this if you change computers you do not have access to the old version so you cannot download and use the new one without another license. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is a very deceptive business model. I would post zero stars if I could.
Is easy paper out of business? I cannot get it to work at all and the phone number is disconnected. Figures that they take all your money but then bail on you. I am calling my state’s attorney general and report them tomorrow. This sucks.
It does not have a phone number, chat area, or email address where you can ask questions. As soon as I open the EazyPaper and search for references, the error message appears. According to EasyPaper, I should update. When I update, nothing happens and I still receive an error message.
